Can’t connect to MySQL server (10060)

Solution on MySQL forum, post

Not to do:

1. don’t change ports
2. don’t open/close ports
3. don’t switch off Firewall

To do:

1. make sure you use correct ip or domain name in connection string
2. web-server must get remote connection. You can do it by cpanel. Set % in remote host name
3. by cpanel add your ip to firewall
